What to do bout misfiring and now low compression in same cylinder... HELP!!!
Tried to fix the misfiring by replacing the sparks and wires and cap and rotor. While we were doin that, we did a compression test. 3 cylinders read around 200+ while the culprit misfiring #2 read 125. Any ideas out there in honda land to help this guy on a budget to maybe fix it on his own? Car has this weird clickin too, and we did the valve adjustment, but that wasn't it. So help me please....

Sounds like you might have bent the valves. You over-rev your car recently? I did that by going from redline 3rd to 2nd on accident, and my car showed the same symptoms. At idle it would miss, and when you give it slight revs, it sounds like a WRX w/aftermarket exhaust. It also had the ticking coming from the engine bay. My friend hooked me up with a repair, an Acura dealership wanted $1375 to replace 4 bent valves!

redo the compressions check. this time pour a capful or two of oil into the chamber. if the compression rises it is your rings. the clicking does sound like it's valves though.

I agree, there's two very simple explanations. Cracked rings, or bent valves. I suggest checking the rings as mentioned above.

He did everything for ~$575. If you know how to pull off your head, then I think you can pretty much do it yourself. You take the head to a machine shop and have them do all the dirty work, then you just slap it back on (with a new head gasket). I unfortunately don't know how to do that, plus he installed some cams and cam gears that I bought. I'm still using stock GS-R valves, but was considering an upgrade to Ferrea's. I didn't do it because I bought the cams, cam gears, and ITR valve train instead.
Also, I wouldn't recommend driving it if you don't have to. From what I hear, the motor could blow at any time if a valve snaps/drops. If you have to, keep your RPM's low.
