why didn't you wait until you had enough money to just buy a gsr if you wanted one? Dropping a GSR in DC Chassis is definetely not worth the money or time. Turbo all the way.

i think you should make goals for yourself... ie 13.0 sec all motor ek or 11.8 sec turbo ek ect ect. you should do that, and then decide what you want. or if you just want to be fast, then slap a turbo on that biznatch and let the rapage begin : )

Ignore the lame post above... this guy clearly has no idea about the concept of tunning.
It is all a matter of what you want. Know this. Noone on this board will be able to give you a direct awenser. Because we do not know your goals for the car.
If you want a straight awnser, then post your goals.
Personally.... I would have no shame in building a b20 block installing a vtec head, and blowing all the N/A cars in your area out of the water. There is pride within having a All Motor car. Whats so great about running 7lb of boost?? HUH?
Now if you want to boost the damn thing then I say build your block first. This way you can be pushing a whole lot more boost and actually making it worth your money.
Both options are great, but remember what determines this is your final goal for the car.

Or you can make a $500 investment in Clutch/Flywheel and own GSR's all day....

Yes yes, before you decide to boost it, you damn right should build your block and make sure you are ready to properly tune your setup there are many LS turbo setups on honda-tech so try hard to search out the threads... it shouldnt be too hard. Once you get boost, man will you be addicted and you will seriously be like AHHHH F*CK vtec =p

First off, you would need a whole lot more parts than just a block and a vtec head to have a fast N/A car. Look to spend as much money for N/A parts as you would to buy a turbo kit. What kind of N/A cars will you be blowing with just a vtec head?
Second, the good thing about having 7lbs of boost is that I'll be ahead of you cuz you ain't got the power!
