Default Weird electrical problem 1991 DA9 H22A

I'm hoping my problem isn't my ecu going bad. I have a 91 Integra with a H22A swap. I bought a Rywire mil-spec wire harness and I'm using the same engine and ecu that used to be in my 93 Prelude. It always ran fine in the prelude (before the Rywire harness), no CEL, no problems. Ever since I swapped the engine into my Integra it has always thrown a constant TPS code and I've replaced the sensor at least 5 times so it can't be consistently bad sensors. About 5-6 months ago it started throwing a vss code and the car won't rev over 4500rpm and it would randomly start revving normal after driving around for a little while. Couple weeks ago it started cutting out and back on it seemed like the car stalls out and restarts while driving, it does the beep like I'd just turned the key on and the CEL resets. Couple time the CEL actually stayed off while driving for a couple hours but it still had all the symptoms and when I ground the service check signal I still get the TPS and VSS codes. The main battery fuse in the underdash fuse box has blown twice. I don't think it could be any of the wiring because I spent $700 to get the harness for the swap unless its a bad ground but I've checked them and they all seem good. The car runs and drives fine up to 4500 rpm it only cuts out when I'm driving the car hard. I think it's an ecu problem but I'm not sure, was hoping to bounce some ideas off someone here. Thanks for your help.
