Default Weather Stripping Removal!?!?!?

I painted my car a few weeks ago bc the top oxidised really bad. It was the first car ive ever painted and ti turned out well. but now the weather stripping looks like ****. i found a car in the ghetto missing its engine wheels rotors and misc. other parts in front of an abondoned house with good weather stripping, my question is how do i take it off? the weather stripping i want to replace is:
* the strips around the rear side windows
* the plastic piece below the front side windows
* the strips that run across the roof
* and the strips around the door

any help is appreciated thanks.
btw i jsut ruined my LCA tryin to get that damn bolt out when i was replacing my springs but luckily tyhe afore mentioned car had one easily accessable. and props to Auto Logic in houston for telling me where the car was and letting me use their shop.<<highly recommended for anyone with an nsx or lesser acura/honda that needs performance work in houston.

ALthough this itself sounds ghetto,
For the black strips which go along the roof, black electrical tape fits perfictly.
Also, Take some Vaseline around the weather striping and rub it in well. It won't completly cure it but will look alot better.
Also if your dash looks like crap, vaseline will renourish it.
