I have a 91 integra and just noticed that one of the small water hoses that goes on top of the bottom radiator hose was leaking fluid and it looked swollen and was really hot, so I checked the rest of the water hoses and they also get real hard and hot. Also my radiator won't circulate the coolant and when I open it after its hot it has a lot of pressure and starts foaming/bubbling. I already changed the thermostat. Can it be that I have a bad water pump I just bought a new one. The old one on the car doesn't leak. What can be the problem? My temperature gage doesn't go passed 45 to 50%

Your problem description is not super clear....

It kinda sounds like you have extra pressure in your cooling system, which could mean a bad head gasket leaking compression into a water jacket. You say the car is not overheating? What do you mean the hose is hard? Have you checked your oil level lately?

That happened to me and it was my radiator, check that first, maybe you have a leak or something...
