i have a 99 gsr and recently got a sweet *** deal on a set of garret t-25 twin turbos. i wanted to know if anyone has tried this or done it? would it be worth the time? i know these turbos are small and dont expect my eta to dramatically drop , i just want to twin turbo my gsr.

2 turbos would be a nice idea but not practical. stick to the one and have fun.

Unless you have an *** load of money to drop into making a custom sequential setup, or have an engine that moves enough air to run a parallel setup (not likely with a B18C1), then I would stay away from the idea. Also consider the fact that engine management for a setup like this would be a royal bitch. Any your "eta" as in estimated time of arrival?

Also note than on cars such as RX-7's, and Supra's, the single most effective power making modification is to remove the stock twin turbo setup in favor of a single turbo.

Not to mention TT violates the KISS principle and can lead to potentially more problems down the road. I keep pestering my buddy to upgrade his TT S4 to no avail, for some reason widespread opinion seems to think that TT is better for performance, oh well I can continue to beat him handily with my single turbo LS

Hmm the S4 is a different beast than Supras and RX-7's. The S4 is a twin-turbo V6 I believe, which means it has a single turbo on each side of the engine, running off of 3 cylinders each. This is really the best setup for a V-type engine. Trying to hook up a single turbo on a V-type engine can be a royal PITA as far as turbo plumbing, because you have to pipe the exhaust from both sides of the engine into 1 place before you can hook up the turbo. But yeah on an inline engine type, a single turbo is probabaly better.
