Default Vtec wiring

Need some help here wiring vtec up
96 Ls w/b16a2.. P28 w/b16basemap chip..
Stock Ls harness.. I know where the vtps pin is on the jumper harness..
Iv inclued a picture of where i think the wire should go to coming from the green plug to pin "c" 15
Trying not to do the bypass trick.. Plz help

Thank u very much sir..
So from the vtps (green plug) run wire to the ecu blue to pin c15? And ground to a ground
