Default Valve steam seals: SOCAL SAN DIEGO

All,
Did some testing on the B18C1 with 175,000 miles and we think I am burning oil via old valve steam seals.
Does anyone have a recommendation on a shop that can replace my seals in San Diego? Orange County an option as well. Last resort LA. Nothing personal Angelenos. Just don't want to make the drive.
Also any recommendations on what I should replace at this time? I was thinking dual valve springs from type R and aftermarket retainers. Maybe ITR cams. All insight appreciated.
Currently block is stock and Skunk2 intake manifold with 68mm throttle body is putting air in.

A special note: I would be willing to attempt to do this myself but Im not sure I would be able to keep the valves in the cylinder with the head still on and I figure if I'm going to remove the head I might as well have a professional clean it up and do it right.

I know a few shops but there gonna charge you allot, One option is to pull the head and send it to a guy i know Joe Alaniz, one of the best known head porters in C.A. he would rebuild the head and not charge you much and you have the peice of mind it was done by a well known machinist. Look him up hes on my face book as well. I would also upgrade the valve train as well as cams if you have the funds it would be a good time.

Theres a speacial tool you can use to replace them with the head on. Iv used this tool to upgrade my valve train, used compressed air to keep the valves up.

Is there any effective valvetrain work I could do without changing out ECU or messing with it too much? I'm OBD2 and really don't want the hassle of smog issues.
I was thinking R ITR cams and dual valve springs but wasn't sure if I could get away with it on stock p72 or p73 ecu....
