valve removal
is there a special valve spring compression tool for integra cause i have a universal one but the spaces are to small for it to fit in there

Yeah and possibly fly down an oil journal. Get something with a magnet in it so you dont lose the keepers. But as hatchling said, just get a hammer and wack away.

Is the head on or off of the car? If it is off of the car, you use the giant c-clamp style compressor. If it is on the car, you need the compressor that bolts onto the cam cap mounts. If it is a VTEC head and on the car, you need to find a specialized tool, as offered by this guy. http://stores.ebay.com/The-Racing-Shop
