URGENT help on COoLaNT
hi, i need to do a flush so i was wondering
what kind/mix do i need?
i already bought some peak
50/50 coolant premixed ready to use...
is that gonna be fine or should i mix it myself...

I would not use that coolant. If you look on the back panel it probably says it contains silicates, which is bad for Honda radiators. Use either Honda pre-mixed, Prestone, or Prestone pre-mixed coolant (green colored stuff, NOT red or orange).

red/orange coolant is Dex-cool
use the green stuff.
do a more of a 70/30 water/coolant mix with some water wetter or even more water.

I agree with Patrick. Honda/Acura recommends to use low silicate coolants. If I were you, I'd either use Honda coolant or Zerex G-05 coolant. The G-05 coolant is a low silicate formula that's safe for our cars.
Also, don't get hung up on the color. There are green colored coolants that contain silicates and some that don't. For example the G-05 coolant is yellow in color, but is safe for Honda/Acuras.
