uneven tire ware question alignment vs. camber/toe kit
hey guys iv been reading and reading and searching every where online about what causes uneven tire wear and ways to fix this problem. via a simple alignment or a camber and toe kit. and its toe that causing this and camber plays a small roll.
Now visibly i have minor negative camber due to lowering my car with tein coils, but i have god awful inside tire ware. please don't flame me for making this thread. i just want to know what do i need to fix this! should i try an alignment
first or do i really need to purchase a camber or tow kit?
I read with a good alignment you can run -2.5 to 3 negative camber!
here is 4 photos of me trying to show my visible negative camber and my tire ware.. (front and rear tires have the same wear) tires have roughly 8-10,000 miles on them

You need an alignment, to me that looks like toe wear. A little negative camber is good too so just get your car aligned.

Re: uneven tire ware question alignment vs. camber/toe kit
The car already was equip with the coils when i bought her not to long ago. (I know this isnt a good reason) but since the day i bought her she drove straight as an arrow so i assumed the alignment was good and just needed a camber kit or something ha..
So you dont think i need any sort of kit? Then whats the point of a toe kit? and a camber kit? just to be able to go lower with out rubbing then?

Alignment dude! haha same thing happened to me, the tread on the inside front wheels was so bad I had to replace the tires, and then I went and got a front alignment done, 40 bucks. Definitely worth it! Get it does ASAP, it'll fix the problem. OH, and my teg is slammed too.
