Type R rear brace from safety restraint clips
Im sure this has been asked before but couldn't not find anything.
Can one make a Type R like rear support bar from bolting it up to the area where the safety restraints are in the trunk?
More importantly will it be effective?
I know the mounts are not the same as the Type R but they appear to be in similar location and I imagine I could have a bar made and bolt in to the frame...
Any insight is appreciated.

You have to drill holes for it to work. At least that is what I did. Butt feel I think I felt a difference, but I think it is functional since you are tying the area together.
