type r headers on a gs-r?

Re: type r headers on a gs-r? (SleeperNine)
I read here in my header research that all b-series headers should be interchangeable. You will need to extend the b-pipe of the b-pipe if you intend to use a type-r catback as well since the cat is shorter.
The type-R headers are 4-1. Its good to know that the JDM and USDM type R headers are different. I dont recall if it was because shape of the piping or the width of the pipe.
my $.02

I thought it fits in only certain years GSR. The cat length are not the same.

he means, that you dont have enough room for "headers" theres only room for one "header"....
i didnt know a header for a PR3 would fit a P72 head without modification....

If you are just asking if it'll bolt on to the motor, than yes. Depending on car and year, the cat and/or exhaust b-pipe will need to get length modified.
