Type LS/R Build
so i have a 93 integra ls 4dr, and i am planning to buy a b18c-r this coming summer, i want to change all the internals before dropping it in, it would help if you would be able to help me out on what different components you put in the engine and how well it has performed on a rate of 10, and in 2009 i plan on buying a turbo kit, i wanted a supercharger but for the money to horsepower, its not worth it,
so i came up with a little list of the things i want to have in it,
Spoon sports piston w/ rings kit
Metal head gaskets
AEM High Volume fuel rails
Pulstar Pulse Spark Plugs
Thats about it for now

If you plan on boosting it later then just save your money for now and just use it when your turbo setup.

I agree, the WORSE thing you can do is buy parts and not plan. For instance you Header, you may spend like 300 dollars for a nice header, but u can't use that in the turbo set up, so now its trash. Thats just ONE example. Figure out what you want to do, and research.
