check fuse box. One of the fuses will be for ur turn signals and for the instrument cluster. If that keeps blowing out, u might have a line with postive on ur alarm that is grounding. If you do have an alarm, it might also have a fuse that gets triggered when you turn the alarm on. This fuse will blow if your lines are crossed when you turn the alarm on, because the signal is sent to turn the alarm on and your lights will go on when it churps and ur instrument cluster should also turn on when ur alrm is triggered. If you don't have an alarm just try to change ur fuses. If it still does it try checking ur light bulbs. If one of them is suppose to be a two prong and you put a single prong -- that problem will occur.

i checked the fuses. its a 10 right and also its the middle row last one if i am correct? it was working fine the other day untill today when i change the bulbs on the cluster to amber
