Turbo ls vs. ls/vtec what do you think?

Turbo ls vs. ls/vtec what do you think?
Ok, heres my decision i just got a 92 DA with a 95 ls swap. I have a pretty good amount of money saved up and i was just wanting some opinions of what i should do. I want to either go ls/vtec done right with forged rods and some 12.9:1 high compression pistons.
Dont know what crank shaft i have been told stock ls crank shaft will do the trick but if you know otherwise let me know. I was going to get a type-r head and build that to perfection as well. Or, go low compression route with turbo ready internals all around probably around 10-12 psi.
Which would be the best value for the money? Thanks for the opinions.

it depends what you want. if you want the all motor instant responce feel go ls/vtec. but for value i would turbo that cause thats the most power you can get for the cheapest (besides nitrous) its really preference. dollar for dollar turbo wins

i wud go ls turbo my friend has an ls turbo teg and my other friend has a ls/vtec civic civic ran 14.4 ls tubo ran 13.9 untuned but ls vtec turbo is better

true ls/vtec turbo rips. for me i have an ls teg and i'm looking to turbo it soon. to me ls/vtec is too much money and work for too little power. but the response is sweet!
