Wat sup hondatech i have problem wit my Trailing arm is the rubber bushing is busted. But now i dont know wat should i replace the bushing OEM or AFTERMARKET 1 here is the my option can u help me pik it out

1) Oem bushing from ebay $60

2) Energy bushing $44

3) Prothane bushing $60

4) Oem from dealer $103

5) Hardrace trailing bushing $85

any or all. harder rubber isn't a bad idea really. hardrace probably makes something like that. the only issue with poly is that it wears since you have a pivot inside. i've had ES bushings in my trailing arms for 2yrs now with no deflection but it's really a personal choice call. the prothane stuff is way overpriced though. honda/es/hardrace....i'd be happy with any of the 3 myself. you'll probably be hearing from a few people who are dead set one way or the other. how many of them have tried all 3, probably very few.

This fits 94-01 Integras. Does not fit 90-93 Integras.

DO NOT use spherical if the car is anything other than mostly track-driven. They will wear out in a relatively short amount of time if used on public roads in all weather conditions. I really don't see any point whatsoever to have zero suspension compliance on public roads.

So Patrick u mean i should go wit the OEM bushing right don't go with the Prothane bushing. The Integra is daily driving some time aim going to the tracking

bearings are a bad idea on the street because of contamination. ES or hardrace would be my choice. oem are alright, just if you want rubber, you have hardrace which deflects less.

I have the black (If you buy the red, you will need to attach a Zerk fitting to keep them from squealing, The black have impregnated graphite to automatically keep the bushings lubed) ES bushings on my DA...I've also installed them on my EF sedan. Never a problem. The pin is free to rotate when you lower your car....something you need to consider if you want to put the OE/OEM bushings.
And it also depends on what your trying to achieve. If your just streeting the car, with an occasional 2nd/3rd gear pull with friend, etc etc then go with the above.
If your going to track the car...then just like the others said...use the spherical.

Hard race probably just applied a sticker and a mark up in price.

My choice right now is either Prothane bushing or hardrace bushing. Cause the Prothane bushing i can get it for $60 brand new, But i don't know Prothane bushing it is hit hard on rock on the pot hole or not ??? I want something smooth ride but good tracking though.

You could try the hardrace sphericals. They have dust boots to prevent contamination and a layer of rubber that's supposed to make them not too bad for street use. I just bought a set but haven't put them on yet. I'll let you know how they ride once I do.
