Default Torque specs on the axle nut(?)

going to replace my axles anddoing some other things and just wondering what the torque specs are for the axle nut (?)...its the big nut in the middle of the brake rotor.

134 lbs./ft., make sure you stake the nut after

hahaha . do you guys happen to know the MM size of that nut. i don't want to go to home depot and then return it if it is wrong size

ill be able to tell you by tonight. i have read in old posts that its either 32 or 34mm.

my new axles came with a new nut on them. 1 1/4" is the size (dont know what that is in mm though).

my new axles came with a new nut on them. 1 1/4" is the size (dont know what that is in mm though).
1.25" = 31.75 mm

I seem to remember that mine was 27mm when I did my clutch recently. I'd look it up if i were you.

hey glad to see that you finally got your axles. There are some guys from Valdosta talking about going to Gainsville to run the quarter on the 26th of Jan. I am thinking about taking the type R down and see what times I can run. Maybe some of you guys from Albany might be interested? I also think that a chapter of climax is going to be coming down from Atlanta.

hey flamencoR184. im in the process of putting my koni yellows, my new axles and new tires on. i hope to be done soon as long as it doesnt keep raining. i might be able to go with you guys to gainsville...sounds like fun. ill tell the tifton and albany guys about it and see if they want to go.

Honda BIG NUTZ.......

SOHC countershaft nut = 30 mm
Civic/Teg axle nut = 32 mm
Accord axle nut = 36 mm

THat's what i got.

Honda BIG NUTZ.......

SOHC countershaft nut = 30 mm
Civic/Teg axle nut = 32 mm
Accord axle nut = 36 mm
