Default torque spec question

HEy guys, just about to begin installing a set of type r cams, skunk2 cam gears, STR Cam seal, and a type R valve cover. Looking at the helms manual, its showing some torque specs as ##in-lbs. I have no idea what this is in relation to a simple ft-lbs. How do I determine in-lbs?

thank you in advance.

would I just divide by four to get the ft-lbs?

eg> 84in-lbs /4 = 7ft-lbs?

let me know.
