Default is this teg worth dumping $ into and saving?

well my brother got shipped off for college for 3 years and well he gave me his integra.

the only problem is hes been workin on it for the past two years and it hasnt been on the road and has been in storage. he told me to either keep it n continue working on it and get it going for myself or scrap it for some $ for myself.

I have my own integra but wouldnt mind having two. i could let my fiance use it but there are concerns.

The two quarter panels at the bottom are completly rusted out and has reaached into the door sills and sorta inside to the floor. My brother cut the passenger floor out completly past the seat rail to the firewall and replaced it with thick guage sheet metal and put the rail back and secured everything via welds and screws. the floor is durable and to my opinion better then before but on the bottom of the car its easily noticeable that its been replaced and a good shop will tell me it was done wrong even though its durable and holds my fatass friend perfect and everythings secure even the seat and new rails. so would a shop safety it like this?
also it has no rear brace, the thing that comes out of the trunk to stop impact from accidents from behind and the trunk has been slightly miss aligned from an accident from the rear but still maintains its shape and close/openability in terms of trunk and everything still lines up.

also the engine is burning gas like double the amount, and needs all new seals and tune up and valve adjusting etc etc. has no front fenders or front skirt or turn signals due to cracks and a minor fender bender so my brother took them off n threw them out 2 years ago.

the transmission needs to be replaced due to the isb bearing ecploding and upon trying to remove it my boy scored the seating where the bearing sits badly via screwdriver and his inabilility to listen as he kept prying and hammering at it. so now the input shaft wont rotate by hand freely. and the engine is throwing TDC sensor cel 8 code.

the suspension and lower controls arms in the front need replacing and the rear is all seized and brakes n calipers all around need replacing.

i'm on a very low budget atm but can do the work myself so labour wont cost anything but prolly a few boxs of beers for some friends help. but parts will be costly.

i'm lookin at this list just off the top of my head, is this car really worth saving?

list off the top of my head the car needs:

1.)front bumper
2.)front fenders
3.)front fender liners
4.) front underside mudguard
5.) turn signals.
6.)quarter panel rust cut outs and door sill cut outs and replacing, door rust fixed on the bottom and car needs new paint job overall.
7.)engine tune up and all new seals and gaskets and valve adjustment and some TLC
8.) new dizzy to fix tdc cel 8 problem.
9.) possibly a new 02 sensor
10.) new brake job (rotors pads some suspension parts)
11.)water pump/thermostat
12.) headlights (due to cant adjust them their broken)

the list might go on.

thing is i got the car free but im paying 130$ month for inside storage for a car thats unusable atm and im not sure if it has potential or not. on top of getting all this fixed id have to put it back on the road in terms of etest and safety and i live in canada so im ntot faced with the massive bullshit cali has or anything so that would be my only plus i guess.. ?

should i continue to pay storage and fix this or just scrap it and save my money?

fiance rly wants me to fix it for her though.

i have no set timeframe to get it going but would like to the most cost efficient way.

anybody have any ideas? maybe we can all make this into a project and we can rebuild her together!

lmk wut u guys think, i can call it team honda tech and put decals on it from here even and support it as a honda tech build/car hehe. would even list peoples names in decals that helped on the build on the car too.

definatly tho if i build her back id go for the type R oem look since i need to buy basicaly all new body parts, and good thing is the side moldings r already shaved and looks good.

i can post pics once we decide if we should start or whatever if we dont decide to scrap it.
