taillights won't go off
My brother has 95 LS and for some reason when he shut the car off his front parking lights (turn signal lights) and tail lights will not turn off.
The weirder thing I had him take out the fuse for the tail lights and they are still lit up. I'm assuming there is some sort of electrical problem, anyone have any ideas?

I think that there is a relay for the lights. It could be stuck in the on position. If there is no relay, it is your switch on the stalk.

Where would this relay be? And what's a stalk?

I checked the Helm. There is no relay. The switch is in the combination switch (turn signal stalk). If the lights are staying on, that switch is bad, an alarm was installed improperly, or a relay for the alarm has failed.

I would guess that someone installed an alarm at one point at butchered the wiring. Having the lights stay on with the fuse removed points towards wiring alterations.

Nah no alarm, we've had the car for like 8-9 years now. The car is completely stock too, hasn't added or changed anything that's why this seems so weird. Guess I'm gonna have to check the wiring and such....bah...

Re: taillights won't go off (xteg95)
This happend to me with just the tail lights tho,
there is a switch on your brake pedal that when you step on your brake, it pressed the switch and lights up your tail lights.
My switch for some reason was too far out so the pedal was pressing the switch even when i had my foot off the brake; so the brake lights were staying on even when the car was off.
All you have to do is get down there by the brake pedal and you can adjust the switch with a wrench.
Try that to see if it works
