id say the motors burnt out cut the car off and on and try it again, maybe youll get lucky. if it wont close theres a funny shaped thing in your tire kit looks like a blocky "S" shape. by your sunroof on the inside should be a little circle, twist that piece off and use the "S" thing to crank it shut. goodluck

Check the rail area for debris and grease (not sure of grease recommended in the Helm manual) them. You may need to pull the glass to access the rails (3 socket head cap screws on each side).

Check to see if your sunroof is actually raising on both sides, and not just one. I recently had a similar problem with one spring coming loose from part of the opening mechanism on one side, which involved me completely pulling the headliner and sunroof out of the car to fix it.
There are also two sort of threaded hoses (for lack of a better term) that actually pull the sunroof back. They can strip out and might also be something worth checking.
