Hey everyone, I have my 95 gsr with 145,xxx she runs fine and purrs great but something unusual happened yesterday, went to jump in and start and she would jus crank for like 3-4 secs and then it would sound like a stumble or kind fart maybe? I can hear the fuel pump prime,I have spark. Its strange cuz I'll back off, try and start again and it'll barely start and then it'll idle and run totally fine. Always ran 91 octane and quality oils. Pulled the plugs and all check out great,their NGK iridium with 10mm wires,distributor is fairly new as well.

could be a faulty coil in the dizzy. The dizzy was bought recently brand new or used? check the rotor in the dizzy as well.

Mine did that until it quit starting at all, then I changed out the main relay. That solved it on mine.

...might not be your issue, but that what my '90 LS did.

It seemed the main relay went out intermittently. Then quit all together, and of course I was 500 miles from home. I had to change it in a parking lot.

Thanks for the reply guys, distributor looks to be fairly new, wen I took of the cap, the rotor looked burnt so I cleaned the contacts on it as well as the cap, the coil contact looked a Lil oxidized as well.
