Spray Paint or Dye for Carpet/Vinyl
#2
Trying to spray dye or spray paint my carpet but I don't know which is better and what company.
I also found out that the bottles that don't rattle with the ball thing are better than the ones that do.
Can anyone he me out?!

Re: (hanskies)
I will tell you that after much trial and error that there are no commercially available vinyls dyes that are permanent. The dye will eventually wear off. However, a friend of mine that used to install stereos (competition systems) did have something that he used but it was custom and still only lasted a couple years.
Carpet since it is more porous should take to dying much better as long as you follow the manufacturers instructions. Hope I help a little.
