Default smoke/smell coming out of heater vents.

my heater is blowing out smoke when i first turn it on and is blowing like a burnt smell. just started tonight...any ideas?

-also i still havent fixed my heater problem in my car in which it doesnt blow air out of the defrost vents nor does it blow out the floor vents,only blows out the middle by the driver side door/pass. side door/and the middle column near the vent switches...DAMN this car! the whole heater system is all f*cked up!.its a 95 integra gsr , if anyone can help let me know asap. this is drivin me crazy.thanks,Randy

You might have an exhaust leak under your hood. It might also be leaking coolant or oil falling on your block and burning up. Did you try popping your hood to see if there is smoke down there?

well my cams are leaking a lil oil, as well as my oil pan. so maybe once i get em both fixed it will go away?i hope
