Default Smoke coming from exhaust on turbo gsr

Hi everyone, havent been on here for a while so im kinda new to this again.

I've recently been having a HUGE problem with my car, to start things off its a 98 civic coupe with a jdm gsr(b18c) i had smoke coming from my breather on my valve cover a few weeks ago and it was also coming from the dip stick hole, and my oil was milky so coolant was in it, figured the headgasket finally went on it cuz it is a stock motor still...I replaced the headgasket with an oem one and also threw on arp headstuds, and clutch while i was at it. screwed up the timing when we put the head back on and i did try to start it a few times with it like that( i didnt know it was off) so we took the head apart again and redid the timing, fired right up after that. I drove the car for about 200 miles since im breaking in the new clutch(havent gotten on it at all) car was running fine, i did notice some smoke coming into the cabin of the car while i was on the gas i just figured i had an exhaust leak and it i was coming through by the shifter. smoke started getting worse and worse. I put a boost controller on and turned it all the way down and then 2 turns up to make sure i didnt do to much, took the car out for a drive and didnt even make it a block away from my house and it was pouring white smoke out of the exhaust, i fogged up the entire street. I also noticed it was coming from under the hood so i checked and noticed oil leaking from between my turbo and downpipe so i figured the seals went bad on it since it was just a used ebay turbo i took the turbo off and downpipe and oil was literally dripping out of my exhaust, put a turbonetics turbo on, re-attached the dp turned the car on, it idled fine, some smoke came from the exhaust but i figured since it was a cold start and it was cold outside that it was normal. I took the car out for a test drive, and once it got warmed up i noticed the same problem smoke pouring out the exhaust and oil coming from between the turbo and dp again also still smoking out the breather on the valve cover... i took the turbo mani off and the ports are dry as a bone but look like they could have been wet but i find it hard to beleive they dried that fast, oil is in the turbo, and in clylinder #1 and #4, not alot but still noticable. also looked like it was dripping down a few of the valves...

at this point im completley stumped on what it could be, i know some ppl are saying stuff about a restrictor in the feed line but i never had this problem before and the car was turbo for a while, also ive had a few techs tell me i may have put the head gasket on upside down, but i didnt think that was even possible? also maybe warped head? or bad valve seals? and as for the oil in the turbo ive got no idea

anyone know what could be the problem???? like i said im completley stumped at this point
