Default shifting problems HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I have an automatic transmission, i think i have shifting problems. everytime i feel the car shift sometimes it revs up to 5000 or 6000 rpm if i keep giving it gas or if take my foot off the gas the rpm comes back down. or sometimes when it shifts it feels strange like is noisy or it bounces back. ne thoughts!!
