Default SeaFoam!!!

Well I played with some seafoam the other day.

1/3 can in gas tank, still letting that work through!

I was slightly scared to do the brake booster side so I didnt do a full treatment. I let it sip very very slowly, if the engine started to bog I backed off. I opened my throttle body and the intake manifold looks CLEAN now!

pulled my plugs and pistons still look like they have light carbon build up

so maybe a full treatment would have cleaned the pistons a little more

I'm gonna do another light treatment before put fresh gas, oil, plugs, fuel filter

seems to be running smoother, so seafoam is in my book right now.

BTW, this is on a B18C5 w/ 110K Miles

Yeah its a treatment that free's up carbon on the valves/pistons and gunk inside the intake manifold. I used it in my gas tank to clean the fuel pump and injectors.

I refuse to put it in my oil though.

its easier if someone holds the throttle at about 1500/2000 rpms when putting it in the brake booster hose. Also, if you do put it in your oil, you are supposed to change it right after.

it works awesome too to stop lifter noise after a car has been sitting awhile. I have used it on my audis and vw's and worked like a charm.
