Default Running rich? valve clearance

after i did valve clearance my a/f gauge showed that i was rich (to the end). I know its not to acurate but i know im running rich. I double checked the valve clearance with a feeler gauge and all was good. does anyone have a clue why this would be?

Need more info. What type of motor, any bolt ons, etc.?

Were your valves way out of wack? I'm trying to remember but i think he has a GSR swap in the DA. If your valves were really bad your ecu might have been compensating for them. Did you try just reseting the ecu? I've seen it more than once a car with a dizzy or valves way off after its fixed we needed to reset ecu

it wasnt way off and yes i reset the ecu but nothing yet so im going to play around with it tonight and hopefuly figure this out.

I figured it out, I guess I had them a little too tight. So insted of using 007 on the exhaust I used 008 and evreything is fine. thanks evreyone
