Wrong Injectors Cause DTC P0172
If you have a ’98–01 Integra GS-R with DTC
P0172, check to see if the injectors have been
replaced recently. The current parts catalog lists
the wrong fuel injectors for GS-R models. Using
the wrong injectors will set DTC P0172. The
correct injector is P/N 06164-P2J-000.

If they were so rough that they cracked the intake manifold i would be very weary of any other work they did and check everything over for leaks and what not. Good luck man i hope it ends up being something easy for you!

*UPDATE*
replaced pcv valve and while i was at it i noticed this wasn't plugged in. and i can't find any where to plug it? anyone kno what this is? its combined with three other wires all electrical taped together. found it laying around unplugged under the im. all other problems are still persisting haven't had much time to try anything. Also when i turn off the car, sometimes smoke comes out the exhaust long after it had been turned off.

for those who have been keeping up with this thread to see if it'll help ya, it was a clogged cat. shop told me they had a test pipe installed but another isssue i have to deal with later with this shady shop.
