Take a baseball bat (or other round object) and wedge it in between the tire and fender. Roll car back and forth.

I was wondering this same question and did a search I came up with that Tire Rack use to rent a tool to do it and it was only like $30 bucks. I emailed them today to see if they still have it but no word yet. I will post their answer when I get it.

I spoke Tire Rack today and they do rent the tool...Its a $495 deposit then you just pay shipping each way. Its like a 6 month wait right now I reserved mine today so good luck.
