Default RC Injector Problem...

I am in the middle of installing my RC 310cc Injectors on my 94 LS, and they dont seem to fit at all. They will fit into the gromets on the intake manifold, but they wont fit on the fuel rail. The part number is SL2-310, which I was told was the correct ones to get. When I am trying to get the injector to go into the fuel rail the o-ring stops it from entering. So what I did was just install them the first time and squish the o-ring down, but when I started the car the o-ring blew open. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so then what did you have to do? Is it safe to bore out the stock fuel rail a bit for the injectors o-rings to fit? I also tried new o-rings, and multiple smaller o-rings at the same time, all of which where unsuccesfull. Any help would be great. Thanks a million!
