Default Radiator leaking....what NEW radiator do you guys recommend?

I need you guys opinion....

My radiator seals are leaking and I was thinking of replacing my radiator.

I am wondering if I should go with an aftermarket "stock" style radiator (Cheap) or go with an upgraded aftermarket radiator (thicker core maybe). I am leaning towards the upgraded one (plan to turbo later on so I might need the extra cooling) but I don't want to spend 500 dollars for a radiator.

What do you guys recommend I buy and do? I want it to fit the stock mounts and use the stock fans for now.

Thanks

Sean

Get a Koyo from groupbuycenter.com aka the absoluteradiator.com group buy. The Koyo has an even thicker core than the Fluidyne (more cooling). You can pick one of them up for $325 plus about $20 shipping. I just went through this. I made the mistake of paying $420 for a Fluidyne from a local shop, but the Koyo group buy is probably the best aftermarket radiator deal today.

if its just the top seal that is leaking, it can be fixed at a radiator shop. got it fixed for $70. i took the radiator out and put it back in myself though

Since i'm not pushing out crazy hp, i just settled for a new replacement radiator off of ebay... $130 shipped next day delivery!!!! So far its been working really good, no problems what so ever....i heard w/ the fluidyne, sometimes the turbo or intercooler wont fit....correct me if i'm wrong

yes it is just the top seal that is leaking....not leaking bad...but noticible enough. I might try to take it into a radiator shop and ask them to look at it...thanks!

No dough for the fluidyne just yet...

fuguman is right. a whole new radiator sounds better than just fixing the top seal. i would of paid $60 more for a new radiator even if it wasnt oem.

thanks for all the replies guys...you've been very helpful

I found this on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1862636413

claims to be a high performance Visteon radiator with 2 times the cooling capacity of the stock radiator and the price isn't much more....what do you guys think? Is it trustworthy? Or should I just go with the cheapest replacement http://www.radiators.com US 119.00 including shipping?

make sure to change the hoses as well since you're swapping out the radiator.

I swear I saw it as 110 for integra 95 ... plus 9 for shipping at radiators.com

I'll check my hoses but I think their still good to go
