hey guys:

just wanted to see if anybody has had experience with their power steering failing or have fixed this problem in the past? my 94' GSR is making a loud metal ringing or rattling sound that seems to be coming from the power steering pump area when the car is idling at a stop. i've noticed for a while that fluid has been slowly leaking from the pump and splashing the bottom side of the hood directly above the P.S. pump...steering feels the same (no noticeable problems), only had to refill a little once to reach the top mark, and it's not coming from the new hose that i've had to replace--(the high pressure hose that leads to the top of the pump which came with a new O-Ring since the old hose was leaking from the sides of the metal fitting.) anyways, any help or information would be greatly appreciated...Help!

i know what your talkn about but its not the PS....its an idler pulley between the crack pulley and the A/C compressor, you might wanna take off the A/c belt and see if the noise is still there....about your PS leak, you could probably take it apart and fuc with it...but i dunno..its probably what i would do
