Default P1399..? misfire?

car is a 2000 ls (obd2) I started my car and my CEL came on. It did seem to idle rough for a few seconds (hasn't been started in a few days). I read the code, turns out to be a P1399 misfire.

I looked it up on here, no luck. also looked it up in the haynes book with no luck either (book sucks btw).

Anyone have any ideas why i'm getting this trouble code? It's super annoying, and i hate my CEL to be on.

Thanks in advance
