Overheating engine problems
I have a 90 Acura that's been overheating on me for the last couple of weeks. I just replaced the passenger side fan that hadn't been working properly but my engine keeps overheating.
I haven't found any hoses that have an leaks or tears, so I ruled a rip in a hose out.
The rad seems to be boiling out any coolant and water I put in it and out the reserve tank.
The rad fan comes on when I turn the heater on but I don't know if it's coming on by itself when the engine starts to overheat. Could be a bad coolant fan switch but I just wanted to get some input before I finally give in and take into a mechanic.

Bad water pump, bad thermastat, run your engine, and feel the radiator, if its cool, then radiator could be plugged......
