you should be fine with 4.5 quarts thats what i put in my car and never had a problem

Yeah we pulled a rookie move and put too much oil in and we don't have tools to change the oil now will I be good to drive to work tomorrow like 10 15 miles with like a 1/4 Inch over the full line? Damn it's so dumb somebody help me. Is my gsr screwed!!??

The danger of overfilling the oil is that it can foam in the oil pan and this can result in other problems. However, that's only a danger when you overfill by somewhere around a quart or more. If you overfill by less than half a quart, don't worry about it.
The official spec for an oil and filter change on the GS-R is 4.2 quarts. You have overfilled by 0.3 quart. Don't worry about it.

You'll be fine. Like nsxtasy said, you'd have to go more than a quart over before it really becomes an issue.
