Default Over-torqued bolts & nuts...how bad?

So I didn't have the torque specs when I was installing Crower 403 cams in a B18B1 motor - I had to call people and have them check specs online as I had no internet access and no one was at my place to check my service manuals...well somehow the spec info I was given was a bit more then necessary.
Here's what I torqued stuff to:

Cam cap bolts: 12 ft/lbs
Rocker arm nuts: 16 ft/lbs
Cam gear bolt: 45 ft/lbs

I think the factory specs are:
Cam cap bolts: 7 ft/lbs
Rocker arm nuts: 7 ft/lbs
Cam gear bolt: 27 ft/lbs

How bad is it? Do I need to loosen everything and re-torque to factory specs or will this be ok?

could be really bad....because the heat is gonna make the bolt wanna expand..could have a chance of it just braking while the engine is really bad...thats just what i think tho...not too sure...anyone else know what could happen?

if those are indeed the specs... then its a bit high, but who cares about the cam gear bolt... too tight =no big.

As for the caps, if its been running fine for one night already... leave it and itll probably be fine.

well i believe a guy in the all-motor forum might have over torqued his cam gear bolt (adj. cam gear)and it cracked and broke due to the over torque. as for the cam cap bolts i snaped a few because i over torqued them....id say becareful when removing them(do it on a completely cold engine).
