Oil in radiator but not in block/head

Oil in radiator but not in block/head
I have a 1991 integra with over 300,000 miles(everything is bone-stock). I have been leaking coolant to what I thought was a cracked head gasket. I have a 150 mile daily commute to work 5 days a week and every morning I have to put about 150-200 ml of coolant in. When I get off the highway and run into stop sings/red lights, my car immediately begins to overheat so I have been turning the car off in intersections the minute I see the temp starting to climb. The temp only to cools back down to normal temp once I begin to accelerate. I have been noticing oil in my radiator so I set a date/time to eventually change out the head gasket (which I thought was the problem).
I have been "living" like this for the past two months. Last week was the last. My teggy finally overheated with radiator fluid spewing from the head gasket area of of cylinder 4 (cylinder closest to passenger).
When I finally started working on my car and got to the head gasket, it looked okay (wsan't cracked or anything). I got a straight edge to the head and block thinking it might be warped and everything seems okay. Also the surrounding coolant (open deck part of the engine) doesn't look to be a oil murky like the coolant in the radiator. I don't have that milkshake color in my oil either nor get white smoke from my tailpipe (i had someone follow me around). I have checked the radiator for leaks and there is none. My radiator fan does turn on, I did changed out hoses and I did installed a new thermostat 3 months ago. I consider myself about average when it comes to working on cars so I am stumped of what it could be. I don't have a lot of money so I just wanted to ask for some opinions of what the issues could be. Could it be a bad water pump? I am unable to loosen the pulley bolt so am I able to get to the water pump without removing the pulley bolt?
I still plan to take my head to get it resurfaced and change out my gasket but if anyone can give me their thoughts of possible causes, it will be much appreciated!

gasket rot. had the same thing happen to a 93 civic cx that was high mileage. as he car would heat up combustion pressure would boil the coolant. one day i had the white cloud of death behind the car and limped it home adding 3 gallons of water in ten miles. next day i pulled the head, used the air sander with 320 grit on the head and block after cleaning, slapped on a new fel pro headgasket, torqued to spec and drove it another 10k miles before selling

needs a new engine, you are wasting time doing any kind of diagnosing on this car. i wouldnt even attempt to put a new headgasket in there
