Default Oil dripping from Y-pipe

Car is 96 GSR. Car ran fine and never dripped oil previously. I noticed a smell of oil when driving, but didn't have a chance to investigate when I got home
I pulled it back and there was a good sized pool of oil where the car had been. Oil appears to be dripping down the left side of the Y-pipe. The filter that was on seemed loose, so I did a complete oil change and filter change with no luck. Any other ideas? The engine runs fine otherwise.

I wasn't able to torque the filter all the way, but it doesn't quite seem like it's the filter area leaking.

keep an eye on the filter area, if thats leaking it lands right on the y pipe.
spray the **** outta the area with brake cleaner, and investigate often afterwards

You were a winner if you guessed:

Oil pan

The exhaust was installed by a numb**** who had the exhaust rubbing the oil pan. This caused it to rub a dub dub against it, creating a hole for the oil to pee out onto the Y pipe.

So now I need an exhaust from where it hits the engine all the way back.

So I checked a little more vs service manual. It appears the genius used a b18b exhaust on a b18c1 engine. The O2 sensor is before the cat, but in the manual, it's in the cat. I think I'm going to try to get the entire exhaust from manifold to exhaust tip back off a used car, replace all gaskets and fasteners, repaint, and install it.
