I have no spark. i have fuel. I replaced the coil and rotor. I took a test light to the coil and i have power at both the - & + terminals. Is it supposed to be like that?
Also the 2 main plugs from harness to the dizzy , the smaller plug with only 2 wires the black w/ yellow stripe and then blue. black/yellow is power correct? So is the blue ground? Any ideas? Need to get this car running today!

maybe ignition mod inside the dizzy i recently had a problem with that on a ef ls i could literaly see the sprk in the coil but it wouldnt jump to the cap

Are the - & + on the coil supposed to have power ???????? and if not what can cause the neg. to have power???

My coil and ICM are good just tested them , but i still cant get the car to start. There is power at the - and + on the coil. ???
