toyota is always tops in reliability and uses many more denso parts than honda. not only is toyota tops they actually dominate the lists showing at least 5 of the top 10 maybe more...

If you were to get any Honda vehicle, replace non-Denso parts with a Denso brand equivalent, the reliability of the vehicle would not increase at all.

Toyota's reliability has nothing to do with the use of Denso parts.
If you were to get any Honda vehicle, replace non-Denso parts with a Denso brand equivalent, the reliability of the vehicle would not increase at all.

Where a part is MADE has nothing to do with a companies country if orgin.
It doesnt surprise me that honda uses bosch stuff. In the 70s and 80s almost every efi car used some form of the bosch Jetronic efi system

Hell the EP3 has a bunch of Bosch parts... Not sure what Honda was thinking because Bosch is German
maybe its all the failing bosch parts? dude use what u want. if u wanna fight everyone online who doesnt agree with you u probly dont have many friends in real life. good luck with ur no so reliable car

Understood, but do you understand the dilemma of making German parts in Japan and than shipping them to Europe to put a car together? That was my point not country of origin... Read ....

heres a toyota oem dizzy cap NipponDenso
go to toyota forums; they swear by oem toyota products only and will tell noobies that the reason their car is messed up is that they didnt use oem parts.

And just for future reference... Denso doesn't make a distributor cap for the 94-01 Integra.
I guess thats one more unreliable part we're all going to have to live with. 
TEC does though!

Everyone here said use what the book says besides a guy saying Denso is no good and one suggesting champion "shrug"
There is no better part than the OEM part! Simple as that.
