need help. turn signal problem.
Bought a 99 integra ls a few weeks ago. The passenger side turn signal worked and the driver side didn't cuz there were no bulbs. Got some bulbs for it and now none of the turn signal light turn on except when I'm signal. Any ideas?

Re: need help. turn signal problem.
maybe you got the wrong bulbs..... you need dual filament bulbs (there will be two wire on the inside) one stays on the whole time and the other flashes for the turn signal.

Re: need help. turn signal problem.
Let me start over...
My tail lights and front turn signal will not turn on when I turn on my headlights. Turn signal blinks when I use the turn signal. Brake lights turn on when I press the brake pedal. Someone please help me. Is there a rely or switch or fuse I can check??

It is very hard to understand what you mean.
Signal lights do not work but if you turn on the head lights they do work????
With everything off, turn on the hazard lights, do they work, both at the front and rear of car? 94

When I turn on the headlights, only the head lights turn on. The front turn signal is off but blinks the I signal. Tail lights are off but lights up when I step on the brakes.

OIC, you have no park/running lights, no lights, [of any kind] turn on when you turn the combination light switch one click. is that correct?
Have you checked the "Tail lights, Instrument Panel light, Licence Plate Light fuse"?
Do not just eyeball the fuse, test it or replace with a new or known working fuse. 94

Okay, I guess it was a fuse.-_- I feel dumb. So I have another problem. All the light are on but the right tail light is dim. And when I press the brake, the right tail light shuts off and left one works fine. More help please. I'm not good with electrical issues.

you have a bad ground, check you fillaments sometimes those can touch and then ground them out when its not supossed to... if its dim you might just replace them anyways

Re: need help. turn signal problem.
As mentioned, it is a grounding problem, the right tail and brake lights share a common ground and it's bad, most common problem is the bulb socket is oxidized, [corroded/dirty]
Remove the bulb and inspect it and the socket, are there signs of corrosion, does moving the bulb around in the socket change anything?
If it is the bulb and socket, replace with a new bulb and spray a little MoveIt or WD40 into the socket to clean it, [plug new bulb in and out a few times to clean the contact points and you should be good to go.
The next most common grounding problem is where the ground lead from the bulb socket is grounded to the cars chassis, in a lot of Honda/Acura that is in the about the center of the rear panel, if the problem is there, remove the grounding screw/bolt clean the ring terminal(s) and the grounding point and reinstall the grounding screw/blot, [if the screw/bolt is rusty, replace it] one of those "star washers" between the ring terminal and the grounding point would not hurt, fixed.
Less common, is a problem with the bulb itself, but it does happen, it is also the easiest to check, swap it with another one, if the problem is now where the bulb you swapped with is, the bulb is the problem, if not, check the ground. 94
