Yeah, but that won't solve your problems esp. with that rocker wiggling around like that. IDK what money shifts usually do to these engines, but you should probably have the head off and check the valves and I think you should see if that rocker is busted. At least do a compression test.

You wish.
Your buddy probably did some very serious damage. The engine will probably need to be replaced or rebuilt. You're looking at a four-figure repair, which your buddy should pay for. And that's why they call it a "money shift". Sucks to be him, huh? That's an expensive lesson for him to learn.
Since he's going to be paying for the repair, I recommend you take it to a competent, professional mechanic who will repair/rebuild/replace the engine properly, so you know it's done right.
And from now on, don't ever let your car be driven by friends who don't know how to drive a manual transmission without destroying the engine.

Re: NEED HELP INTEGRA ls MISS SHIFT
the loose rocker is due to bent valve, its not closing all the way thus not pushing up on the rocker, that's why it wobbles. You may get lucky and just need to replace the head only. Hoping that the piston isn't destroyed from hitting the valve too many times.
