Default In need of help ASAP! Clutch gone? Tranny done?

Hey Honda Tech since yesterday either my clutch or tranny or maybe even both have been causing me issues. I already know my 1st gear synchro is near its expiration date but yesterday morning car started fine, but I had trouble engaging to any of my gears. The clutch pedal did feel pretty light as far as pressure goes. Felt like it was a whole lot easier popping the clutch in using less force than usual. Upon releasing the pedal, it seemed to be stuck half way for a split second before popping out completely. Got on the freeway shifting from 1st to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th fine but when I got to my exit and proceeded to downshift, I was able to pop it out of 5th without any issues. Then came the nightmare, car rolling, but I wasn't able to get into any gears... Working the clutch a bit and gas a little, I finally managed to get into gear and finding an empty street to pull over to. After a while in neutral and playing with the clutch, I got back on my route. Throughout the day the same issue would occur once in a while. On to today, this morning I had the same issues, managed to get to work and left my car there for the next 12 hours. End of the shift, same issues as soon as I started up the car. After 5 minutes of warming up and popping the clutch in & out, I managed to get the car into gear. A few stop signs later I hit a red light and all hell breaks loose. Couldn't get into gears for a bit, and this occurred 2 more times every time I approached a red light or stop sign. Halfway home taking local streets I decided I should just leave it in 1st and drive slowly home. On the last stop sign before turning to my street, with clutch engaged as far down as possible, my car stalled Got the car to start but the clutch was stuck to the ground all by itself! Used my foot to push it back up and made it to my garage, surprisingly while parking and reversing into my spot, the clutch and gears gave me no issues what so ever...

Alright with the long read all done, my question to you all is what are the possible causes?
My clutch doesn't appear to slip or grind (only heard grinding when I was parked and tried playing with it to get into gears)

Could it be tranny fluid or the master cylinder, shift linkage?

00 gsr 125k miles on motor and tranny, not sure if previous owner had replaced clutch before.

Really need some insight on possible issues, car meet tomorrow in the afternoon planning to take a better look tomorrow morning with my dad. Hoping I will be able to make it to the meet, if not I'll have the whole day to work on it I suppose

Not sure if you stated this, but did you check your clutch fluid? Is it empty?
I had some what of the same issue last week and what caused it was my clutch fluid leaked out of reservoir and sucked in air which will give you a very soft peddle and wont be able to go into gear. Also will stall when vehicle isnt moving. I filled the reservoir, bleed the system 4-5 times and it was fine!
I would definitely start there... Good luck

Thanks Coopa! That's definitely what I was thinking cus the lack of fluid would cause the light pedal due to the inability to maintain any pressure. Definitely gonna be the first thing I check tomorrow morning.

Needs Cliffs lol.

but I'll agree coopa with the clutch fluid. also flush and fill the tranny with new MTF that being low can cause some of what you're saying.

Turns out it was the clutch fluid. The fluid was pretty damn dark, couldn't pin point the leak but I bled it, got everything good to go and was able to make it to my car meet. Will be giving it a full inspection this weekend. Thanks for the help guys!

you probably have a bad master. look up where the pedal meets the firewall. you'll probably have some fluid seepage there.
