Default This may be more for general discussion...looking for a mechanic in Orange County

Hey guys, I recently moved to Costa Mesa (January) and I'm driving back to MA In May. My car has a couple lights on, and they have been on since before I drove out here. I have a trusted mechanic back home that ran my codes. (coolant sensor and my EGR valve are what's causing my lights). I've put about 4,000 miles on it since I left MA, and I basically just want to make sure it can take another 3,500 before i get back to MA. I don't know anywhere around here I can trust. I got an oil change at fast-lube and they were trying to sell me about $400 worth of service. Does anyone know where I can get an honest opinion on what I really need to get done?

PS. If this needs to be moved please let me know. I usually only post in this forum.
