Map lights come on with door open?

Map lights come on with door open?
Is there a way to wire up the map lights in the same circuit as the center dome light so that when the door is opened both the dome light and the map lights come on? if so, how hard is it to do?

If you can solder and know relays and diodes, this is exactly what you need.
