Main relay clicking? Car won't start.
Hello H-T I recently just bought a stock 1995 Integra LS 5 Speed manual 70k miles on the dash.. Car was working when I first bought it. Everything was good until a week later I was driving and the car died on me. I did not hear anything when the car died. It just went out on me. I have try fixing the car for about a week now and is pretty upset with it. Here's what I know and what I have done.
Car isn't getting any fuel. Car is getting spark tho.
Changed:
Spark plug
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
ECU
Check the ground wire on the thermostat & ECU.
Try a working Main relay off my buddy GSR.
I'm lost and confuse on what to do next. I have been doing some research on this issue for days and still no luck on getting my car to start up. It's not getting any power to the fuel pump. I do not hear the fuel pump priming at all. The main relay is constantly making a clicking/buzzing noise even after I try my buddy Main relay off his GSR.
When I try starting the car it sounds like it want to start but won't as it's not getting any fuel to the engine. But when I spray starting fluid to the engine it will start and die but it sound kinda shitty.. What else should I check for?
If I jump the yellow/green wire to the black/yellow wire on the relay with a paper clip, it will pump gas/fuel but I do not hear the fuel pump priming. How do I know? Cause fuel is leaking from my fuel filter (when the key is turn to the on position)as I replaced it with a new one and the washer that came with it are shitty af.. I think it's not the same size as the old/oem one. I lost them while changing it.
This is a video on the first day it died on me:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks..
Edit 8/29/16: Problem solved. Their was a short somewhere on the ground wire with the main relay. Solved it by splicing the black wire and re-grounding it.

Re: Main relay clicking? Car won't start.
You have a grounding problem, [clicking/buzzing relay] check/redo the thermostat grounds.
When you jump black/yellow, [switched power] to yellow/green, [fuel pump power lead] you supply directely to the fuel pump, however the fuel injectors and IGP1&2 at ECU/ECM are not getting power.
To confirm it is a grounding problem use a jumper to supply a ground, [from any chassis ground point] directly to the black lead/terminal on the PGM-FI Main Relay plug, just back feed, [stuff] the jumper into the back of the relays plug at the black lead, plug PGM-FI Main Relay in and turn on the ign.
If clicking/buzzing stops, fix thermostat ground, if not the problem is in the PGM-FI Main Relay, a common problem but repairable most of the time...
