LS knocking at startup
I have an 95 integra timing belt snapped on 1st owner. I got the car and replaced the whole head (b20) car was driving fine for a week when I was on the freeway I felt loss in power and started slowing down and died before I could get to the side it started back up now my oil light was flashing. My first thought F***!
So I pulled over ASAP checked the oil was a little low not too bad went to go start it up and there was a knock but then went away first thought oil pump! So I kept the rpms low just to get down the street and noticed a knock at about 23k rpm replaced the oil pump started the car and let it warm up light started flashing killed it now i am here looking for any help I do have vids and will post to YouTube ASAP I know I could if bent a rod or spun a bearing but want to get all of the little stuff it could be out of the way first

You ran it low on oil and spun a bearing. Now you have rod knock
Btw this isnt a little problem, and requires a full engine rebuild. And possibly a new crankshaft (99% of spun bearings trash honda cranks as the nitride layer is too thin to be turned down)
