LS integra burning oil

LS integra burning oil
Hey there, I wonder if someone here can give me their opinion on my issue.
I have a LS integra with a b18b1 engine (unknown mileage) and lately I changed the ECU ( old one was running rich ) for a stock p75 ecu. I also changed the exhaust( 4-2-1 headers, no cat, 2.5" catback ) and it started burning oil. It is definitely burning, not leaking. There is blue smoke coming out of the exhaust and it smells bad when you step on it. My guess is that the rings are going bad but how come it only did that after changing the ecu and exhaust? It's running 5w30 oil( I added some thicker oil to fill the burned oil )
Any thoughts? The PCV valve seems to be working good.
Additional info.
It doesn't seem to burn that much oil if driven like grandmas but anything past 5k rpm will start smelling bad and burning oil.
Thanks!

Re: LS integra burning oil
thanks for your reply, its a 97 and it's obd2. I have the first o2 sensor plugged in and working, however the other one was cut off and it gives me a CEL... it still wouldn't work anyways since there is a test pipe instead of a cat
